Store In-Charge – Inventory & Logistics Manager

About the role
Avanceon is seeking an organized Store In-Charge to manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of engineering equipment across its projects. The role requires strong inventory control, shipment coordination, and compliance with safety SOPs.
Key responsibilities
- Receive shipments, verify against purchase orders, label and store goods using identifiable codes.
- Maintain bin cards, issue records, and generate monthly stock/inventory balance reports.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for each receipt and coordinate cost booking with the accounts department.
- Arrange packing and inland transport for shipments, ensuring safe delivery to final destinations.
- Update insurance records and log sheets on a monthly basis.
- Conduct audits in line with regional legal and company SOPs.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse management, or logistics.
- Proven ability to maintain accurate inventory systems and comply with safety procedures.
