Logistics Manager

About the role

Saudi Gold Refinery is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee day‑to‑day logistics activities supporting its operations in Riyadh. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will coordinate transportation, shipments, suppliers and logistics documentation to ensure timely and efficient movement of materials.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule inbound, outbound and domestic shipments, monitor transport availability and address delays.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport companies and couriers, selecting optimal solutions and resolving issues.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to confirm collection dates, delivery windows, quantities and documentation.
• Manage logistics vendors, monitor KPIs, service levels and support contract renewals.
• Align shipment arrivals with warehouse capacity, maintain movement records and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare and review customs and shipping documentation, liaise with customs brokers.
• Supervise logistics staff, ensure compliance with HSE and transportation regulations.
• Maintain logistics records, shipment trackers and performance reports, driving process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive logistics or supply‑chain experience, preferably in industrial, mining or multi‑site operations.
• Hands‑on experience in transportation planning, freight forwarding and supplier coordination.
• Good knowledge of Saudi customs procedures and domestic logistics requirements.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, valid driver’s license and willingness to travel domestically.
