Store Manager – Bakery & Café

About the role

Dopeamine Innovation Company is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its bakery and café outlet in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for day‑to‑day operations, ensuring product quality, customer satisfaction, and efficient store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product presentation.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to deliver excellent service.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate ordering, and implement loss‑prevention measures.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Prepare basic sales and operational reports and collaborate with leadership on store growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with proven ability to manage feedback and resolve concerns.
• Previous experience in store management, preferably within retail, bakery, café, or F&B environments.
• Effective communication skills for team coordination and customer interaction.
• Knowledge of retail loss‑prevention practices and inventory control.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or business training is a plus.
