Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager (SM) leads the entire store team in the Central Region, ensuring the store meets sales, operational, and visual standards. The role focuses on driving productivity, profitability, and compliance with company procedures while maintaining brand integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Implement all company policies and procedures across the store.
• Conduct daily store walks and verify completion of tasks by customer service and technical staff.
• Ensure merchandise is correctly priced, displayed, and functional.
• Direct and supervise employees in sales, cash handling, and customer service.
• Monitor sales activities to guarantee satisfactory customer service and product quality.
• Plan work schedules, track attendance, and manage staff rosters.
• Maintain inventory levels, reorder stock, and prepare inventory and sales reports for management.
• Collaborate with company officials to develop strategies that increase sales and expand market presence.
• Execute marketing campaigns and events efficiently.
• Foster a customer‑focused culture and maximize store volume and profits.
• Lead talent selection, training, coaching, engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.
