Store Manager – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

The Store Manager will lead a luxury fashion outlet within Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, ensuring the store meets its sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be fully accountable for daily operations, team performance, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by creating innovative initiatives to attract new customers and increase store traffic.
• Monitor stock levels, analyse best‑selling and slow‑moving items, and develop action plans to optimise inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and security procedures.
• Oversee cash handling, stockroom management, and regular stock‑take processes.
• Provide analytical feedback to Operations, Buying and Planning teams on product performance and market trends.
• Coach, train and mentor the store team to enhance product knowledge and service quality.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in luxury fashion retail with a proven managerial background.
• Demonstrated ability to maximise business performance and meet sales targets.
• Strong understanding of key customer segments and ability to guide the team accordingly.
• Proactive decision‑making skills and the capacity to convene stakeholders for timely actions.
