Store Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead our retail outlet, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day store operations, staff development, and maintaining brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and motivate staff to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and fashion trends to minimise stock loss.
• Implement operating procedures, brand policies and visual‑merchandising standards.
• Oversee stockroom management, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
• Conduct weekly audits of store administration and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage staff rosters, leave requests and grievance handling.
• Promote the company’s loyalty program to increase repeat business.
• Provide regular feedback to the Area and Operations Managers on staff performance and product issues.
