Storekeeper for Luxury Resort in Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are looking for an organized Storekeeper to support the pre‑opening and ongoing operations of Raffles The Red Sea, a luxury resort located in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that all supplies and materials are stored, tracked and distributed efficiently to keep the resort running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the resort’s storage facilities, maintaining proper organization and accessibility of all supplies.
• Receive, inspect and record incoming shipments of goods and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies and prepare inventory reports.
• Process requisitions and distribute supplies to various departments.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for perishables and sensitive items, and enforce safety and security procedures.
• Identify and dispose of obsolete or damaged inventory.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organizational and mathematical abilities for accurate record‑keeping.
