Strategic Accounts Management Lead – Riyadh

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Strategic Accounts Management Lead for its Riyadh office. The role will own relationships with top hospitals, drive growth, expand therapy adoption and deliver high‑impact value solutions in one of the region’s most critical healthcare markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain senior‑level relationships with strategic partners and C‑suite executives.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and negotiate complex contracts.
• Collaborate with Business Units to define portfolio strategy, protect market share and optimise pricing.
• Design and implement value‑added programs aligned with each account’s strategic priorities.
• Create business plans and proposals to achieve sales targets and expand existing accounts.
• Manage multiple large, high‑visibility accounts, coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, economics, life sciences or biomedical engineering.
• Proven business acumen with extensive experience in strategic account management and contract negotiation.
• At least 13 years of relevant experience (approximately 156 months).
• Strong communication and presentation abilities at executive level.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
