Strategic Accounts Manager – Marketplace – Other Hardlines

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Strategic Accounts Manager to lead the recruitment and development of high‑potential selling partners on Amazon.sa. You will own a portfolio of strategic merchants in the Other Hardlines category, driving growth and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and recruit top‑tier merchants to Amazon.sa via phone and email.
• Prioritize and manage a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
• Provide data‑driven insights and advice to new sellers to optimise their performance.
• Educate sellers on Amazon’s delivery standards, customer experience expectations and platform tools.
• Enable sellers to become self‑sufficient in catalog, inventory and performance management.
• Analyse category trends, popular brands and pricing to tailor pitches and recommendations.
• Track, report and interpret business development results for your portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months of experience in account management, e‑commerce or a related field.
• Proven ability to meet quarterly sales or recruitment targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills for educating and influencing sellers.
