Strategic Partnerships & Influencer Lead – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Influencer Lead to design and execute moomoo’s partnership and creator growth strategy in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior leadership, you will identify key partners, influencers and communities that shape investment decisions, build strong relationships, and translate collaborations into measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Map the Saudi influencer, financial, media and business ecosystem and develop a partnership strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, AUM and revenue.
• Source, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, media outlets, fintech firms, consumer platforms and major brands, overseeing the full partnership lifecycle.
• Build and scale an influencer network across finance, investing and mainstream content creators, negotiating long‑term performance‑based agreements.
• Own commercial performance of partnership and influencer channels, evaluating opportunities based on CAC, customer quality, AUM, trading activity and revenue.
• Gather market intelligence on how Saudi investors discover and trust financial platforms, monitor competitors and emerging creators.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development or influencer marketing, preferably within fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record of establishing and managing high‑impact collaborations that generate revenue and customer growth.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi financial ecosystem and investor behavior.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as an early member of a local team and lead future hires.
