Strategic Partnerships Specialist

About the role

Arabian Oud is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Specialist to drive commercial growth through the development and management of strategic alliances with government bodies, corporations and other key stakeholders. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, presenting the company’s fragrance portfolio and ensuring successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets linked to strategic partnerships.
• Identify, approach and develop new partnerships with government entities, semi‑government organisations, major corporations and relevant sectors.
• Conduct meetings and field visits to present products, services and collaboration opportunities.
• Analyse partner needs and translate them into commercial proposals, offers and collaboration concepts.
• Negotiate agreements within approved authority limits and ensure compliance with pricing, discounts, timelines and service standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers on samples, packaging, pricing and delivery to meet quality and execution requirements.
• Support joint campaigns and partnership activities, monitor their commercial impact and resolve operational issues.
• Represent Arabian Oud at meetings, exhibitions and partnership‑related events and prepare regular opportunity reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or partnership management, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to analyse client needs and develop tailored commercial solutions.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills to manage contracts and supplier coordination.
