Strategic Real Estate Consultant

About the role

Land Sterling is seeking a Consultant – Strategic Consultancy to join its Riyadh office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will lead and support strategic real‑estate advisory assignments, delivering market research, feasibility studies, highest‑and‑best‑use analysis, and portfolio optimisation for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies for real‑estate projects.
• Perform highest‑and‑best‑use and portfolio optimisation analyses.
• Gather, analyse and interpret data to support advisory recommendations.
• Develop financial and valuation models to assess project viability.
• Prepare clear, client‑focused reports, presentations and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and participate in client meetings.
• Contribute to proposal development and business growth initiatives.
• Stay informed on local and regional real‑estate trends, regulations and standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, including data analysis and financial modelling.
• Experience in strategic consulting, real‑estate advisory or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related discipline; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., RICS) is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Saudi and wider Middle East real‑estate markets and regulations is highly beneficial.
• High professional integrity, attention to detail and commitment to client service.
