Supervisor B, B&I and Remote Sites

About the role

The Supervisor B, B&I and Remote Sites will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for housekeeping, food safety, camp administration and client liaison across remote locations. This full‑time position reports to the direct manager and ensures compliance with CATRION quality and QHSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping, cleaning, laundering and galley operations in living quarters, adhering to schedules and safety procedures.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in line with the SACC Quality Assurance Program.
• Train and mentor junior staff on the CATRION quality system, conduct toolbox talks and oversee employee evaluations.
• Monitor performance through regular area reviews, manage employee promotions and address grievances.
• Control budgets for labour, food, cleaning supplies and other operational costs while delivering profit targets.
• Manage client relationships, attend on‑site meetings and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements and report any shortages or required products.
• Support preventive maintenance reporting and assist the team leader with overall site administration.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising teams in remote or camp environments.
• Strong understanding of housekeeping, food safety and QHSE standards.
• Ability to train staff on quality systems and conduct performance appraisals.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on cost control and budget adherence.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and team motivation.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the CATRION quality system.
• Knowledge of the SACC Quality Assurance Program for food safety.
