Supervisor – Structural, Civil & Finishing Works

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead the execution of structural, civil and finishing works for our healthcare facilities. The role involves overseeing site activities, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise civil works execution performed by internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide and manage required materials for structural, civil and finishing activities.
• Monitor productivity, progress and quality, identifying and removing bottlenecks.
• Assist the Civil Engineer, highlighting material and manpower issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct regular safety checks.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and coordinate with the MEP team.
• Prepare local purchase item lists and support procurement.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Saudi Council of Engineers certification.
• Excellent oral and written English and Arabic.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
