Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist will manage end‑to‑end supply chain activities for beauty and salon product lines at Awarid Trading Company in Riyadh. This full‑time, on‑site role involves demand planning, purchasing, and coordinating inbound and outbound logistics to ensure product availability across branches.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute demand forecasting and purchasing for beauty product lines.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal branch teams.
• Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations and oversee inter‑branch stock transfers.
• Track shipments, update system records, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock.
• Resolve delivery issues, optimize warehouse and branch inventory operations, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify efficiency improvements and support cost‑saving initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement across the supply chain function.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management (experience in trading, retail, or beauty products distribution is a plus).
• Strong ability to manage end‑to‑end supply chain operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Solid inventory management skills, including forecasting, stock control, and inter‑branch transfer planning.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data, spot trends, and recommend improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP or inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work on‑site in Riyadh, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
