Supply & Logistics Officer (NO-2) – Full Time – Suva, Fiji

About the role

The Supply & Logistics Officer (NO‑2) will join UNICEF’s Pacific Multi‑Country Office in Suva, Fiji. Reporting to the Supply and Logistics Specialist, the officer provides technical and operational support to ensure effective supply chain management for UNICEF programmes across the Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support for procurement, warehousing and distribution activities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end supply chain for a small‑sized country, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with country offices, partners and donors to align logistics operations with UNICEF policies and standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, track shipments and resolve logistical issues that may affect programme implementation.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably in humanitarian or development settings.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate with regional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
