Support Engineer

About the role

The partner company is seeking a Support Engineer based in Saudi Arabia to ensure the reliability and performance of critical IT systems. You will work in a collaborative environment, providing hands‑on technical problem‑solving and customer‑focused support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting software, infrastructure and system issues.
• Respond to support requests promptly while maintaining high customer‑service standards.
• Monitor system performance using diagnostic tools, logs and monitoring platforms.
• Maintain stability, availability and reliability of IT infrastructure and business‑critical services.
• Analyze recurring incidents and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure and other internal teams to resolve complex challenges.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and resolutions for operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, systems support or IT operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non‑technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Administration‑level knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with monitoring, logging and diagnostic tools.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Database, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) environments.
