About the role
The Support Engineer – webMethods will ensure the smooth operation of the webMethods suite, handling administration, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to keep integration solutions reliable and efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support webMethods components such as Integration Server and Broker.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and minimize downtime.
- Implement best‑practice configurations, manage deployments, and apply patches or upgrades.
- Work with developers to optimise integration solutions for scalability.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in incident management, root‑cause analysis, and user training.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience administering webMethods platforms.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts and web services.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
