About the role
Yamas Al-Arabia Construction & Contracting is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join its project delivery team in Riyadh. The role focuses on precise land surveying, construction layout, and supporting site execution for residential development projects.
Key responsibilities
- Perform site setting‑out, boundary measurements and elevation levelling for residential construction works.
- Operate field instruments including Total Station, GPS/GNSS receivers and digital auto‑levels.
- Conduct post‑construction as‑built surveys and verify site dimensions against structural drawings.
- Process survey measurements using AutoCAD and Civil 3D to generate land models and reports.
- Maintain complete survey records, field logbooks and coordinate reference data for engineering teams.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics or Civil Engineering.
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration.
- Practical background in construction site surveying, preferably residential projects.
- Immediate availability for joining.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Total Station equipment.
- Experience using GPS/GNSS survey units.
- AutoCAD and Civil 3D drafting skills.
