System Administrator – GCC Geo Cluster (Riyadh)

About the role

Traverse Health Clinic is looking for a hands‑on System Administrator to manage its server environment, workplace technology, user access, and cloud infrastructure for the GCC geo‑cluster. Based in Riyadh, you will ensure a secure, reliable, and well‑documented IT landscape while providing responsive support to internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Linux‑ and Windows‑based servers, virtual machines, and workstations.
• Provision, modify, and de‑provision user accounts throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot access, authentication, VPN, connectivity, and system availability issues.
• Manage roles, permissions, and role‑based access controls in IRIS and Apache Superset.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of systems, assets, accounts, and licenses.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 accounts, groups, licenses, and access policies.
• Monitor server and workstation health, performance, storage capacity, and outages.
• Verify backup completion and confirm recovery readiness.
• Support containerised environments and assist with Kubernetes administration.
• Work with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform and Huawei Cloud.
• Utilise or learn infrastructure automation tools including Ansible and Terragrunt.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with server and workstation administration.
• Familiarity with user lifecycle management and access control.
• Ability to monitor system health and respond to incidents promptly.
• Experience supporting cloud and containerised environments.
• Willingness to adopt automation tools and improve documentation.
