Systems and IT Analyst

About the role

The Systems and IT Analyst will bridge business needs and technology solutions, focusing on ERP, Odoo, Magento, and e‑commerce platforms. You will ensure smooth operation, integration, and continuous improvement of the company’s digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor all company systems, managing users, permissions, configurations and providing technical support.
• Gather departmental requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Develop, configure and integrate ERP solutions, especially Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Accounting, HR).
• Maintain and enhance the Magento platform, integrating payment gateways, shipping providers and internal systems.
• Oversee e‑commerce operations, improving user experience, order processing, inventory, payments and delivery.
• Act as Product Owner: prioritize backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify automation opportunities, create process maps and keep documentation up to date.
• Coordinate with developers and vendors for system changes, integrations and incident resolution.
• Conduct system testing, UAT and monitor APIs, databases and data flows.
• Produce performance reports, dashboards and train end‑users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and Magento/e‑commerce platforms.
• Background as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of databases, SQL and API integration.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
