Talent Acquisition Lead – Riyadh

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Lead will head the talent acquisition function for our Riyadh office, shaping recruitment strategy, overseeing end‑to‑end hiring processes, and strengthening our employer brand to support the organization’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and workforce plans.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
• Lead manpower planning, provide market insights, and build pipelines for critical, specialized, and leadership roles.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—from requisition approval through onboarding—including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and candidate engagement.
• Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed service levels and recruitment timelines while maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Coach, develop, and manage Talent Acquisition Specialists and Recruiters, monitoring performance against KPIs.
• Establish strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, offering guidance on best practices, market trends, and workforce planning.
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote the organization across professional networks, universities, career fairs, and recruitment platforms.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in talent acquisition or recruitment functions.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and influence workforce strategy.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
• Track record of managing full‑cycle hiring for both local and international positions.
• Experience coaching and developing recruitment teams to achieve performance targets.
