Talent Acquisition Manager / Director – MENA

About the role

Flow is seeking a senior talent acquisition leader to shape and execute its regional hiring strategy across the MENA region. The role will build a high‑performance recruiting function that supports rapid growth while upholding the company’s values and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement regional recruiting strategies aligned with business growth and workforce plans.
• Partner with senior leaders and the Head of HR to forecast hiring needs and scale the organization.
• Develop scalable recruiting operating models, service‑level expectations, and employer‑brand initiatives.
• Lead sourcing, selection, and hiring processes for executive, corporate, operational, technical, and leadership roles.
• Drive talent‑acquisition metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement using analytics.
• Support Saudization and Emiratisation hiring initiatives and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership roles in high‑growth, multinational organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record building and scaling recruiting functions in fast‑paced startup or scale‑up environments.
• Strong understanding of MENA labor‑market dynamics and local hiring practices.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent stakeholder‑management and influencing skills.
