Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment function, shaping hiring strategies and employer branding to attract top talent. You will work closely with department heads to forecast staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current and future staffing requirements and produce hiring forecasts.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding initiatives.
• Lead sourcing activities across job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Plan, conduct, and oversee the full recruitment cycle (screening, interviews, assessments, background checks).
• Supervise and mentor the recruitment team, setting KPIs and reporting on performance.
• Organise and represent the company at career fairs, assessment centres and other talent events.
• Conduct employee satisfaction assessments and recommend retention measures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5‑6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment management or a similar HR role.
• Proven ability to design and implement full‑cycle recruitment processes and employer branding programs.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and decision‑making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using HRIS platforms.
• Skilled in leveraging social media platforms and job boards for sourcing.
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing tools and techniques.
