Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment function, shaping strategies that attract top talent across all business units. You will partner closely with hiring managers, enhance our employer brand, and ensure a seamless candidate experience aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Forecast talent demand in collaboration with business leaders and workforce planning.
• Lead, mentor, and set performance targets for the talent acquisition team.
• Establish KPIs, monitor recruitment metrics, and drive continuous process improvement.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for key and executive positions, ensuring inclusive and compliant hiring practices.
• Collaborate with department heads to define role profiles and provide market insights.
• Promote the employer brand through social media, events, and strategic partnerships.
• Optimize ATS usage and generate recruitment dashboards for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success managing full‑cycle recruitment in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting tools.
