Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across Fakeeh Care’s functions and new projects. The role ensures the group’s recruitment strategy aligns with workforce plans, complies with Saudization and labor law, and delivers an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for senior, critical and confidential positions.
• Lead priority hiring campaigns and strategic recruitment initiatives.
• Supervise and coach the Talent Acquisition team, assign roles and monitor workloads.
• Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS) configuration, workflows and data accuracy.
• Manage recruitment agency relationships, contracts, performance reviews and invoice processing.
• Track recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑hire, quality‑of‑hire, offer acceptance, Saudization progress) and produce dashboards for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Saudization regulations, labor law and internal recruitment policies.
• Coordinate onboarding standards with other HCM units to guarantee readiness of new hires.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour regulations, Saudization requirements and compliance monitoring.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leaders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
