Talent Acquisition Manager (Local Only)

About the role

Join the pre‑opening team of Four Seasons Resort & Residence Red Sea as a Talent Acquisition Manager. You will lead recruitment efforts to build a high‑performing workforce that embodies Four Seasons’ service culture and brand values, supporting both the launch phase and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end recruitment strategies for all hotel functions.
• Partner with the Director of People & Culture to align hiring plans with business needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop talent pipelines and maintain relationships with local recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Four Seasons’ recruitment policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition within the hospitality or luxury service sector.
• Strong understanding of pre‑opening recruitment dynamics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
