Talent Acquisition Manager – Technology (KSA)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager – Technology will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for technical roles across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior leadership, the role partners with business heads and HR to design and execute hiring strategies that attract top‑tier technology talent in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the talent acquisition strategy for technology functions, aligning with business growth plans.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to create proactive sourcing plans for software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data & AI, product, digital and enterprise technology roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill and niche technical positions.
• Provide market intelligence and recruitment analytics to influence workforce planning and improve hiring outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour legislation, Saudization targets and internal policies.
• Mentor and develop the talent acquisition team, driving performance against KPIs.
• Foster relationships with recruitment partners, universities, professional networks and industry associations.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on technology/IT hiring.
• Proven track record recruiting for technical roles in the Saudi market.
• Deep understanding of Saudi technology talent landscape and current hiring trends.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior business leaders.
• Experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team.
