Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Officer will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure top talent for the organization. The role requires proactive sourcing, strong stakeholder communication and the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking and employee referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, write and post advertisements, and screen resumes.
• Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain recruitment data, generate hiring metrics reports and recommend process improvements.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sourcing, screening and full‑cycle recruitment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
• Proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
