Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist

About the role

Join the Human Capital team as a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist. You will drive end‑to‑end recruitment, partner with hiring managers and ensure new hires enjoy a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
• Prepare and update job descriptions, recruitment plans and employer branding initiatives.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, social media, employee referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate assessments, reference checks and background verifications.
• Prepare job offers, obtain hiring approvals and guide candidates through offer acceptance.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Coordinate onboarding programs, complete documentation, conduct orientation sessions and support new‑hire readiness.
• Follow up with employees during probation to promote successful integration.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, labor market developments and HR best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition and full‑cycle recruitment.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
