About the role
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Officer to lead end‑to‑end hiring initiatives in Dammam. The role focuses on sourcing CVs from professional platforms, managing the recruitment pipeline, and closing positions for both local and expatriate talent.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking and employee referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job advertisements.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, generate hiring metrics reports and suggest process improvements.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at client meetings and networking events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 5‑8 years of experience in sourcing, screening and full‑cycle recruitment.
- Strong communication, negotiation and confidentiality skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
