Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent across multiple business units while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to gauge qualifications and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advise on best hiring practices.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.
• Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
• Co‑op/Tamheer experience or 1‑3 years of talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
