About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist acts as a strategic partner to drive innovative recruiting initiatives that attract top‑tier talent across the organization. You will leverage market insights, data analytics, and competency‑based interview techniques to build a diverse pipeline and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with current and future staffing needs.
• Conduct market research to understand competitive talent landscapes and tailor recruitment approaches.
• Lead competency‑based interview training for hiring managers to ensure consistent candidate evaluation.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and interviewing to offer extension and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department leaders to refine job descriptions and align hiring goals.
• Utilize social media and professional networks to promote openings and engage passive candidates.
• Track and report key metrics such as time‑to‑fill, candidate quality, and diversity hiring to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Proven expertise in competency‑based recruitment methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best recruitment practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience building relationships with external agencies, networks, and industry associations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools.
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and apply data‑driven insights.
