Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a fast‑growing organization. Working closely with hiring managers, you will design and execute sourcing strategies to attract high‑caliber professionals across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities for various departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and management interviews.
• Prepare evaluation reports, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment KPIs, produce reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of full‑cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to source candidates using LinkedIn and other major recruitment platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
