Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Jeddah. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the right talent to support our fast‑growing logistics and supply‑chain business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, agencies and other channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Prepare and negotiate offers in line with salary scales and company policies.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑hire, offer acceptance rate and source effectiveness.
• Support visa processing, onboarding and employment documentation in partnership with Employee Relations.
• Assist employer‑branding initiatives, career fairs and university partnerships while ensuring compliance with Saudization and labor regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably for corporate and operational roles.
• Experience in logistics, transportation or supply‑chain industries is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Saudi labour law and Saudization requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Familiarity with the MenaME HR system.
