About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Premium Food Company Ltd. in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent to support the company’s growth while strengthening our employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve recruitment targets and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to source candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct in‑person and virtual interviews, and apply behavioral and competency‑based techniques.
• Administer pre‑employment assessments and evaluate technical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to select suitable candidates and extend job offers.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and refine sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, events, and university outreach.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven ability to meet hiring targets and manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and internal teams.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and reporting capabilities.
