Talent Attraction Analyst – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Attraction Analyst / Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for the Saudi market. The role focuses on delivering a seamless candidate experience while meeting the hiring needs of technical functions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering and other technical positions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate hiring needs across the organization.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record hiring for IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering and other technical roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
