Talent Enablement Senior Expert

About the role

The Talent Enablement Senior Expert will lead Specialized’s HR services and talent enablement agenda, ensuring a smooth employee journey from recruitment through off‑boarding. The role combines operational HR execution with digital automation to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute core HR services including payroll, medical insurance, time management, business travel, HR inquiries, end‑of‑employment processing, and employee data management.
• Manage end‑to‑end payroll administration, expense and deduction processing, and GOSI (social insurance) services.
• Oversee expatriate services such as Iqama renewals and annual ticket issuance in line with Saudi Labour Law.
• Administer contractor services and ensure compliance with Specialized policies.
• Develop and maintain HR policies for expenses and third‑party services in coordination with the OE team.
• Drive automation of HR processes and implement digital self‑service platforms.
• Calculate overtime, per‑diems, benefits, entitlements, and end‑of‑service settlements.
• Execute hiring plans with OE, GHRU, and GSSU teams; manage onboarding and off‑boarding journeys.
• Conduct background checks, medical checks, and probation assessments.
• Maintain talent pool data and support talent growth initiatives such as promotions and salary adjustments.
• Facilitate Employee Experience Index initiatives and act as the primary communication channel for employee announcements and benefits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and GOSI regulations.
• Experience with HR process automation and digital tools.
