Talent Management Manager

About the role

Express Food Company is looking for a Talent Management Manager to lead the talent strategy for its rapidly expanding Quick Service Restaurant business. Reporting directly to the HR General Manager, you will design and drive performance management, succession planning, leadership development and talent analytics frameworks that foster a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall Talent Management strategy aligned with business growth.
• Design performance management systems that promote accountability and development.
• Lead succession planning processes to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify high‑potential talent and create tailored development plans.
• Create and roll out leadership development programs supporting the company’s growth objectives.
• Establish talent review processes and use analytics to make data‑driven talent decisions.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and career growth across all levels.
• Act as senior talent advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, providing strategic recommendations on capability and organizational development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Significant experience leading talent management functions, preferably in a fast‑growing or QSR environment.
• Proven ability to design and execute performance, succession and leadership development initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using talent data to influence decisions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leadership.
