Talent Solutions Manager – Overseas Recruitment & Employee Care

About the role

The International Recruitment Company (IRC) is seeking a strategic Talent Solutions Manager to lead end‑to‑end overseas recruitment and employee care. Based in Jeddah, you will ensure a seamless, compliant experience for talent from sourcing through onboarding and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overseas recruitment pipeline: source, assess, select and deploy talent across priority countries and sectors.
• Coordinate mobilization and compliance: manage visas, medicals, contracts, travel and KSA entry while adhering to Saudi labour law and client SLAs.
• Deliver onboarding in KSA: arrange arrival reception, orientation, accommodation readiness, documentation and first‑90‑day support.
• Implement employee care and retention programs: welfare initiatives, grievance handling, case management and engagement activities.
• Manage agencies and vendors: oversee international partners, training centres and medical/testing providers.
• Support workforce planning: forecast demand with operations and clients, maintain talent pools for high‑volume and seasonal needs.
• Track HR data and insights: monitor time‑to‑fill, deployment yield, onboarding satisfaction, early‑tenure retention and case resolution SLA.
• Drive process excellence: standardise SOPs, digitise workflows and improve turnaround times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
• Professional HR certifications preferred (PHR/SPHR or SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP).
• Proven experience in overseas recruitment, mobilization and employee care.
