About the role

The Tamheer HR Assistant will support the recruitment function within Binzagr Company, helping to keep candidate information up‑to‑date and assisting with hiring events. This entry‑level position offers exposure to the full recruitment cycle in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to recruitment activities.
Collaborate with team members on daily operational tasks.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Saudi national eligible for the Tamheer program.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast‑paced team.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
