Tamheer Internship – Business, IT & Finance Roles

About the role

Al Rajhi Takaful, a leading insurance provider in Saudi Arabia, is offering a six‑month paid internship through the Tamheer program, funded by the Human Resources Development Fund. The internship is open to fresh Saudi graduates from a range of disciplines and provides hands‑on experience in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist teams in your field of study (e.g., MIS, risk management, IT, business administration, HR, finance, law) with daily tasks and projects.
• Support data entry, reporting, and analysis using Microsoft Office tools.
• Participate in meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to departmental initiatives.
• Learn and apply industry‑specific processes and best practices under supervision.

Required profile

• Saudi national, fresh graduate with a bachelor’s or diploma in one of the listed majors.
• Registered on the Taqat platform and not previously benefited from the Tamheer program.
• Unemployed for the past six months and not registered with GOSI during that period.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
