TCC Liaison Officer

About the role

The TCC Liaison Officer ensures smooth coordination between the Transportation Control Centre and operational teams during the Operations & Maintenance phase of a metro project, supporting real‑time traffic management and incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between the TCC and field teams to maintain operational continuity.
• Act as the primary liaison for incident response, ensuring timely resolution of service disruptions.
• Support real‑time monitoring, dispatch coordination and operational decision‑making.
• Assist in developing and implementing incident management protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Traffic Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation management systems, preferably in metro or urban rail environments.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills for high‑pressure, 24/7 operations.

Required skills

• Familiarity with control centre technologies.
• Experience with dispatch systems.
• Knowledge of incident tracking tools.
