About the role
The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for planning and overseeing daily transport schedules, routes, and driver assignments to ensure safe and timely service.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and communicate daily schedules and routes.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation with drivers.
- Monitor driver attendance and punctuality.
- Assist in maintaining records of trips and fuel usage.
- Support emergency transport arrangements and liaise with village residents for special requests.
- Report incidents and performance issues to the supervisor.
Required profile
- Diploma in logistics or administration.
- 2–3 years of experience in transport coordination.
- Good organizational and scheduling skills.
- Basic vehicle knowledge is an advantage.
- Communication skills in English.
