Teaching Assistant

About the role

The Teaching Assistant will support classroom instruction, inspire learners, and help create a vibrant learning environment. Working closely with teachers, the assistant will contribute to curriculum delivery and student engagement. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about lifelong education.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate personal teaching and learning strategies in line with curriculum standards.
• Participate in the design and development of course materials, scope and sequence, and assessment methods.
• Engage in peer review and classroom observation with subject supervisors.
• Attend in‑service training and continuous professional development activities.
• Support the professional growth of new teachers as coordinated by school authorities.
• Provide necessary information, data, plans, and documentation to designated school personnel.
• Assist with administrative requisitions related to the assistant’s areas of responsibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject area.
• Minimum of one year experience as an assistant teacher.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
