Team Lead – Partner Onboarding

About the role

We are looking for a Team Lead to head our Partner Onboarding team at Tamara, a leading fintech platform in Saudi Arabia. In this role you will guide partner care representatives, provide performance feedback, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and assess activities of partner care service representatives, providing regular performance feedback.
• Strategize, monitor and manage daily customer service operations to ensure high‑quality partner onboarding experiences.
• Assist staff with duties as needed and deliver training on customer service standards and company policies.
• Assess AML/CFT risk factors, assign onboarding risk ratings, and ensure accurate, auditable logging in Salesforce.
• Escalate high‑risk or suspicious cases to Compliance for enhanced due diligence or SAR filing.
• Monitor regulatory changes (e.g., SAMA, CBUAE, FATF) and update screening rules, checklists and playbooks.
• Liaise daily with Commercial, Compliance, Product and Risk teams to align onboarding processes.
