Team Leader – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of warehouse associates in Riyadh. You will play a vital role in achieving business goals by driving continuous improvement, maintaining operational quality, and delivering attentive customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate warehouse team members to meet daily operational targets.
• Monitor performance and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures on‑site.
• Maintain high standards of stock accuracy and operational quality control.
• Identify training needs and support the professional development of team members.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to meet all operational requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory position.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and engage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and supporting colleagues at all levels.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
