Technical Analyst, SAP – ABAP/Integration

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Analyst specialized in SAP ABAP and integration to design, develop, and support high‑quality solutions that connect SAP with non‑SAP applications. You will work closely with functional consultants, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity experts, external vendors, and business stakeholders across manufacturing, finance, supply chain, sales, and shared services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP reports, programs, enhancements, workflows, BAPIs, BADIs, and user exits.
• Create and maintain SAP SmartForms and Adobe Forms.
• Lead integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC / S/4HANA using SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and direct APIs.
• Develop connectors for payroll, recruitment, employee data, and performance management.
• Design and implement integrations with third‑party systems, handling data mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Develop and monitor interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, SOAP, and REST services.
• Perform ABAP performance tuning and optimise existing custom developments.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot integration issues, and act as the primary contact for root‑cause analysis.
• Lead integration projects, support upgrades, compatibility testing, and change requests.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of SAP ABAP development experience in S/4HANA or ECC environments.
• Proven experience with SAP integrations between SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Advanced English communication skills.
