Technical Engineer – Apple & Jamf Solutions (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Engineer to support our sales and technical teams in delivering Apple and Jamf‑based solutions. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in enterprise IT, device management, and digital workplace technologies, with training and mentorship throughout the assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and develop expertise in Jamf MDM and the Apple ecosystem.
• Assist senior engineers in gathering client requirements and proposing technical solutions.
• Support presales activities, including presentations, demos, and technical proposals.
• Help design, configure, and deploy Jamf and Apple solutions tailored to client needs.
• Participate in implementation tasks such as device enrollment, testing, documentation, and user onboarding.
• Provide post‑deployment client support and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Stay current on Apple technologies, Jamf updates, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Saudi fresh graduate or up to one year of IT/technical support experience.
• Strong interest in Apple technologies, device management and enterprise IT solutions.
• Basic understanding of networking, operating systems or IT infrastructure is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.
