Technical Manager – Automotive Operations

About the role

Al Ghurair is seeking a Technical Manager to lead the technical operations of its newest division, Arabian Heritage Motors – EXEED KSA. The role combines hands‑on technical expertise with team leadership to ensure high‑quality service, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all technical operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company and manufacturer standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the technical team, monitor performance, and assign responsibilities.
• Maintain service and maintenance excellence, minimizing vehicle downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Support the team in diagnosing complex technical issues and coordinate solutions with manufacturers.
• Ensure all work follows quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Track technical KPIs such as productivity, repair quality, turnaround time, warranty performance, and workshop efficiency.
• Coordinate parts, tools, and resources with other departments to guarantee availability.
• Prepare technical reports, identify operational gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality preferred, aligning with the company’s localization strategy.
• 5–8 years of experience in automotive technical operations, workshop management, diagnostics, or after‑sales.
• Proven leadership ability to manage and develop technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for complex technical issues.
• Customer‑focused mindset with an understanding of operational efficiency and business targets.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills.
